About Us

A Brief Overview

Established in 1983, Glanville Environmental is a market‑leading drainage and civil engineering company delivering specialist infrastructure services across the Midlands and South West. With more than four decades of expertise, we support organisations in maintaining, rehabilitating, and enhancing essential drainage and sewer networks.

As part of the Adler & Allan Group, we contribute to delivering Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) in action—helping organisations reduce pollution, transition to cleaner energy, and address the impacts of climate change. This partnership enables us to strengthen our service offering and keep even more drainage infrastructure operating efficiently and sustainably.

Glanville Environmental provides a comprehensive range of services, from full‑project lifecycle management of civil engineering schemes to the coordination and delivery of above‑ and below‑ground drainage works. Our specialist capabilities include sewer rehabilitation, manhole construction, drain and sewer installation and repair, trenchless technologies, and the installation of pump stations and Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs).

We also deliver a suite of enhanced support services, including CCTV surveying, mapping, confined space search and rescue, and railway-related works.

The company is structured across eight integrated divisions, each bringing technical expertise that collectively enables us to offer a seamless, end‑to‑end service. This includes a high‑quality training academy and geospatial division—ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of clients throughout the region.
