Supervisor – Highbridge

Glanville Environmental are a well-established drainage and civil engineering company that has been successfully operating for over 30 years in the South-West region. With a growing portfolio of clients and multiple long-term contracts, we are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for a range of personnel to join our family-owned business.

We currently have opportunities for a Supervisor to work with the Cleansing team based from our Highbridge depot.

The successful candidate would ideally have experience in the utility sector preferably in drainage and it would be beneficial if they had experience in jet cleaning, tankering, rehabilitation techniques, and drainage CCTV.

The Supervisor would undertake the following key activities and responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day briefing and liaising with the teams on the ground.
  • Ensuring that the team is compliant.
  • Take part in site surveys.
  • Complete site audits.
  • Support the Depot Manager and Assistant Manager where needed.

This position is full-time based on 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday and the ideal candidate would have:

  • Relevant experience within the utility sector, ideally within water and wastewater.
  • Have knowledge and experience in working on the highway.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
