Commercial Administrator (Cost Clerk) – Lee Mill
Glanville Environmental are a well-established drainage and civil engineering company that has been successfully operating for over 30 years in the South-West region. With a growing portfolio of clients and multiple long-term contracts, we are experiencing exponential growth and are looking for a range of personnel to join our family-owned business.
We currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator (Cost Clerk) to join our established team mid-way through the framework, based in Lee Mill. The Framework is based on NEC4 target cost with the majority of work being self-delivered.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Preparing cost forecasts as required
- Producing accurate monthly forecasts
- Preparation of monthly applications for payment
- Processing invoices to the client and from suppliers
- Issuing order numbers to key sub-contractors
- General administration duties
The position will be an integral part of the regional team working on reactive maintenance projects in the Southwest. The commercial team works closely with their clients and the operational teams, striving to build and establish strong client relationships without over-reliance on contractual terms.

- Excellent attention to detail
- To be confident in using Excel
