No Dig Sewer Re-Habilitation

Trenchless technology is a type of subsurface construction work that requires few trenches or no continuous trenches and can be defined as “a family of methods, materials, and equipment capable of being used for the installation of new or replacement or rehabilitation of existing underground infrastructure with minimal disruption to surface traffic, business, and other activities.”
We offer two different varieties of trenchless technology, including –
CIPP – Cured in place pipe
A resin-saturated felt tube made of polyester is inverted or pulled into a damaged pipe. The liner can be inverted using water or air pressure and is left to cure either ambiently or by heating.
Either full length or patch liners are available with various grades, thicknesses and resin types being available to tailor for all eventualities and structural issues.

Pipe Bursting

Pipe bursting is a trenchless method of replacing buried pipelines (such as sewer, water, or natural gas pipes) without the need for a traditional construction trench. “Launching and receiving pits” replace the trench needed by conventional pipe-laying and a bursting head is pulled through the existing pipeline while towing a new pipe into place. This method can also be used to increase the size of an existing pipeline dependant on the surrounding ground conditions.
