I would just like to say how pleased I am with the service I received from you today.

My drain caused problems all day yesterday and I had 4 different visits, none of which fixed it.

Your company responded very quickly to my phonecall this morning, the guys were here within an hour of you calling me back and they had the problem fixed in no time.

They were very friendly and helpful and I am extremely pleased with the service I have received.

I hope that I will not ever have need to call on any drainage company again but if I do you will be top of my list.
