What is a Pipe Lining?

Pipe Lining is a form of trenchless technology; a pipe can be reformed and relined with a resin, without any digging.

Pipes can be damaged for a variety of reasons:

• Tree roots
• Chemicals
• Ground movement
• Construction work etc

Digging up and replacing pipes is still used, however it can create a huge disruption and inconvenience. Where possible it is a much faster and less disruptive option to use a ‘no dig solution’!

No dig solutions include pipe lining, pipe reforming and drag through.

Advantages:

• No excavating
• No joints/weak points within pipe
• Faster method
• Increased flow rate over existing pipes
