Landscaping Case Study

The problem

Mr C's garden had been neglected for several years and had become very overgrown with weeds and vegetation higher than the hedges. Glanville Environmental were called to renovate the garden and install a new septic tank as Mrs C wished to sell the house.

The solution

Glanville Environmental started by cutting and digging out all of the overgrown vegetation and removing all of the waste. We then installed a new septic tank suitable for this house and a new house that was to be constructed on adjacent land. The soil was then leveled and made ready for the construction of a patio and steps to the back of the garden. A retaining wall was then constructed to hold the surrounding soil back. We constructed a new drainage system and path running around the edge of the garden.  A new lawn was then laid. A newly designed driveway was created to lead to a new garage.

The result

A beautifully landscaped garden that no longer resembled the wild garden it once was.
