Glanville Environmental received a phone call on 4th November 2009 regarding some work Bob Fisher and Phil Symons did at their site in Plymouth. Jackie at Barden’s Concrete said that she “Couldn’t thank Phil and Bob enough” for their “thorough service”. She thanks Bob and Phil for their help in uncovering a hidden manhole which had been causing Barden’s problem for years. She concludes, the guys were “down to earth” and the service was “excellent”.

I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Christian and Christopher for their professionalism on site Monday 16 November 2009.

The South West Water Inspector, Mike Buse, was extremely impressed with the way the situation was handled and the fact that the report and DVD were provided instantly.
